Interested members gathered for the first community presentation of the Gertrude Association's (TGA) ethos, purpose and launch project plans at Radio Bar on Gertrude Street.

Members joined and nominated and elected TGA board members from the community:

• President
• Vice president
• Financial
• Secretary

The night was a great success with 15 members signing up to become TGA's first members. Local designer Sarah Clark became the Association's first official member.
