This was the second annual Gertrude Street Projection Festival and ran nightly from 6:00–12:00pm, 3–10 July 2009.

The Festival featured projected moving, still and installation art at 20 sites along Gertrude Street, all with the underlying theme 'Dream'.

The documentary conveys information about the Festival and its philosophy, and features interviews with artists whose work was exhibited.
