My dream is to have Aboriginal Sovereignty recognized in Australia today.

The legal fiction of ‘no sovereignty’ was used to give a cloak of legitimacy to the claims of sovereignty asserted by the ‘Crow’, as head of the British Empire, over Australia. By formally removing Aboriginal claims to sovereignty by judicial decree, the conditions for the wholesale theft of land Aboriginal peoples were established. The legal fiction of terra nullius, under which Aboriginal land was seized, is, and always has been, invalid.
