User identification

No attempt will be made to identify users or their browsing activities except, in the unlikely event of an investigation, where a law enforcement agency may exercise a warrant to inspect the service provider's logs.

Collection of personal information

The Gertrude Association requires you to give us your name, email address and/or other basic personal information for Member Registration, Artist Submission, subscription to The Gertrude Association newsletter and to provide you with other services as required.

We do not sell, distribute or otherwise give any other organisation access to the personal information you provide to us except where necessary to provide you with these services.

We may use the information you have supplied in order to make contact with you in the future, but only in reference to the activities of The Gertrude Association.
